Hi Tommy,

As for circumcision, I may be wrong but my understanding is that there is no clear evidence indicating that this procedure provides protection from HIV acquisition for gay (top) males. Personally, I think you are right. But there are many uncircumcised gay guys in Japan. Obviously, we don't want to scare them too much :)
