The primary route of transmission of HIV is through semen entering the blood stream through a break in the skin. For example:

1.Anal sex is risky because rectum and sigmoid colon are easy to tear during intercourse.

2.Oral sex is less risky UNLESS there is a cut or sore inside your mouth.

3.Primary syphilis produces chancers (open sores) on the penis through which HIV can enter.

4.Apparently not being circumcised makes skin beneath the foreskin more permeable and increases risk of transmission.

5. In short wear a condom. Sex may not feel as good BUT it feels a lot better than expensive medicine for the rest of your life or a very nasty death.
